Fed Up with Lies: Use the O.A.R. Method to Navigate the Sea of Red Flags

Updated: Dec 11, 2024

Oh, where do I even begin? I was all set to toss my hat into the ring when I was seeking nomination as an independent candidate in Finland for presidential campaign in 2024. You know, just your average citizen trying to bring some truth to the table. But boy, was I naïve to think that people actually wanted to hear the truth. Spoiler alert: they don’t. They want the truth that neatly aligns with their already established views, ideally presented in a way that flatters their existing biases.

Now, let’s take a moment to talk about the legacy media in Finland. I’ve been critiquing these folks for a solid decade. In 2018, I even wrote a book titled “Language Manipulation.”  It’s a riveting read that dives deep into how the state-owned Green Left media, funded by hard-earned taxpayers' money, manages to twist and shape language just to fit their narrative. But here’s the kicker: a whopping 80% of Finns still buy into whatever the legacy media dishes out. As long as that media landscape remains unchanged, I honestly don’t know how anyone expects to see a glimmer of hope for the future.

And don’t even get me started on the presidential candidates. Out of nine, at least 5 had ties with World Economic Forum (WEF). I mean, is there a secret competition for who can be the biggest globalist? Because if there is, Finland is winning, hands down. And to no one's surprise, the two who made it to the final round belonged to the WEF. But luckily, at least we can all take solace in the fact that the U.S. managed to elect a president who actually sparked some hope for freedom. Thanks Trump, for reminding us what it’s like to challenge the status quo.

Now back to the Finnish election. Picture this: a body language expert analysing the candidates during debates. The media would have a collective meltdown trying to spin that narrative. It would be too much for the corrupt system to handle when someone finally calls out all this BS.

Speaking of calling out the BS, I decided to channel my frustration into something more productive: the "O.A.R.Method." As a behavior analyst and body language expert, I put my skills to good use and created this unique approach to help everyday folks recognize warning signs and avoid being fooled again. Because if there’s one thing, we can all agree on, it’s that being duped by misleading narratives is so last season!

The O.A.R. Method - Observe, analyze, react -is like a lifeboat for everyday people trying to navigate the tumultuous waters of human interaction. Because let’s face it, if you’re not careful, you might just end up shipwrecked by a toxic personality or two. But with this approach, you can learn to identify red flags and respond appropriately, rather than falling victim to deceptive narratives.

O = Observe: You learn to spot the subtle cues that most of the people miss. The lifting up the eyebrows, the nervous fidget, or that overly enthusiastic smile that just screams “I’m hiding something”. Yeah, those. You also learn positive and negative body language signals, genuine smiles, anxious vibes, aggressive postures, and anything that might hint at deception.

A = Analyse: Once you know what cues to observe it’s time to put on your detective hat. Analyse the situation and consider all the factors like base line and context. This is where you also make hypotheses.

R = React. Now that you’ve observed and analysed, it’s time to decide how to respond. Do you confront the person? Do you run for the hills? Or do you simply nod and smile while plotting your escape?

The best part? The O.A.R. Method is tailored for everyday folks who are just trying to protect themselves from the toxic individuals lurking among us. So, if you’re ready to see people in a whole new light then it’s time for you to dive into this method.

Curious about how to implement this unique approach? Check out my website: www.saarahuhtasaari.com, where you can embark on your journey toward truth and master the art of body language. Because let’s face it, in a world full of lies, wouldn’t it be nice to have a little clarity? So grab your metaphorical oar, and let’s start paddling toward the truth together!
